Job Description
The Literacy Fellow role is a high-impact, early-career pathway designed to build deep expertise in the science of reading. Fellows receive intensive, research-based training that prepares them to support scholars from their first day in the classroom.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in an academic or enrichment setting; teaching experience not required
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a passion for helping scholars become confident, proficient readers
