Job Description
The Director of Specialized Services leads all programming and compliance for scholars receiving specialized support across grades K–7, ensuring high-quality implementation of IEPs, 504 Plans, medical plans, and intervention services.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Special Education, Educational Leadership, or related field required.
- Current Special Education certification; leadership certification preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in special education, student services, or a related leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, MTSS, and Georgia education law.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage timelines, and build strong family partnerships.
