Job Description
Ethena Labs is seeking a Head of Security to lead and own the comprehensive security strategy for their DeFi platform, USDe. This role focuses on ensuring the protection of assets, infrastructure, data, personnel, and facilities, including cybersecurity, blockchain security, and physical security. The Head of Security will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other teams to embed security into every aspect of operations, from smart contract development to site protections.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a security strategy encompassing cybersecurity, blockchain security, physical security, and operational security.
- Oversee blockchain and smart contract security including audits, secure key management, and protections against exploits.
- Build and enforce a robust cybersecurity framework.
- Manage physical security operations and incident response.
