Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- No experience necessary
- Ability to set up & operate multiple machines after 90 days training
- Ability to read standard routing sheets after 90 days training
- Basic math with an emphasis on fractions and conversions
- Understanding of lumber species and grade specifications to achieve maximum yield after 90 days training
