Interior Design Sales Professional

As a Design Consultant at Ethan Allen, you will work closely with customers to create individualized design solutions to sell Ethan Allen products and services. You will be responsible for creating design solutions, selling products, and representing the Ethan Allen brand. You will also be expected to utilize social media and grassroots marketing to develop and grow the business.

Requirements

• Create design solutions that are consistent with the customer's preference and budget
• Sell Ethan Allen's products and services
• Represent the Ethan Allen brand in all customer interactions
• Utilize grassroots marketing and social media platforms to develop and grow the business
• Stay current on design and color trends to create fashionable design solutions
• Educate customers about the complimentary design service Ethan Allen provides
• Participate in corporate sponsored marketing and training programs
• Contribute towards the development and upkeep of the design center's portfolio
• Utilize corporate systems and technology to maximize efficiency in designing projects
• Work cooperatively with the design team to develop business plans and marketing plans
