Job Description
As an Interior Design Sales Consultant, you will work closely with customers to create individualized design solutions, sell Ethan Allen products and services, and promote the Ethan Allen brand. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding minimum monthly sales and other benchmarks, and will be compensated based on incentive-based commissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a design-related field
- 1 year of practical interior design experience
- Broad knowledge of interior design and effective sales techniques
- Working knowledge of online sales and design tools
- Valid driver's license (or alternate means of transportation)
- Intermediate skill competency using digital floor planning technology
- Experience using interactive technology to view design concepts
- Willing and capable of learning new technologies
