Etex is seeking a Head of Sales-Siniat Austria to drive sales and profit growth for the Siniat brand within the country. The role involves leading a sales team, implementing sales initiatives, and collaborating with various departments to improve customer relationships and expand the brand's reach. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and fluency in German and English.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in national or international sales management, business development or commercial leadership roles.
- Proven leadership and motivation skills to lead a small, but strong team.
- Sound knowledge of the Austrian construction industry, ideally with experience in dry construction or the building materials industry.
- Strategic thinker with a strong hands-on mentality and the ability to balance operational and commercial responsibility.
- Excellent German language skills (mother tongue/very good knowledge) and good English skills.
- Experience in managing budgets, sales incentives and high-value negotiations.
