Job Description
eTel is seeking a Program Manager for a large-scale Agile/DevSecOps program at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The role involves leading planning, execution, governance, and reporting, including managing project activities, ensuring compliance with CMS requirements, and overseeing risk management and performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in CMS environment and preferably a PM experience related to Agile development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of federal IT program management experience
- 5+ years leading Agile/DevSecOps programs, preferably at CMS or HHS
- Proven delivery in cloud, API, or data integration environments
- Experience with CMS TRA, TLC, and ARS frameworks
- Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and contract management skills
- PMP or PgMP (required)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile credential (preferred)
- ITIL v4 (preferred)
- Local and occasional out-of-area travel may be required
