Job Description
eTel is a leading technology solutions and services company serving the US federal government. This DevOps / Technical Lead role focuses on overseeing technical architecture, automation, and infrastructure operations within AWS and MuleSoft, ensuring high availability, scalability, and secure deployments. The position involves leading developers, implementing CI/CD best practices, and managing monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning.
Requirements
- 8+ years in DevOps or technical leadership roles
- Hands-on expertise with MuleSoft Anypoint
- Experience with Kafka, GitLab/GitHub CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar tools
- Familiarity with CMS TRA, ARS 5.1, and federal security controls
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer
