Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Silicon Operations Program Manager to manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain processes for silicon wafers and advanced packaging (e.g., CoWoS). This role is mission-critical to identify capacity constraints, ensure on-time and cost-efficient delivery of silicon components, and align with cross-functional teams to meet engineering and production milestones.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain end-to-end production schedules for silicon wafers, interposers, and test/assembly
- Coordinate with foundries, OSATs, and internal stakeholders to ensure production milestones and quality goals are met
- Track and forecast capacity planning across all silicon manufacturing stages
