Sourcing Recruiter

Sourcing Recruiter to help EST build a strong pipeline of talent, driving applicant flow, proactive sourcing, and candidate engagement across all requisitions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of recruiting experience with emphasis on sourcing and outreach
• Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines and complex scheduling
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, ATS/CTS platforms, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills, written and oral
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Ability to recruit across diverse skill sets (Accounting, Sales, Industrial Technicians, HVAC Technicians, etc.)
• Strong customer orientation and team-player mindset
• Self-motivated, personable, dependable, and willing to learn new tasks
• Driver’s license and excellent driving record required
• Occasional travel may be required
