Junior Business Controller

We are looking for a Junior Business Controller to act as a strategic partner to our business units, driving performance and profitability through insightful financial analysis and active collaboration.

Requirements

• Educational Background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in Financial Controlling, Commercial Finance or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders constructively.
• Solid experience with Office tools.
• Good public speaking skills.
• International experiences are preferred.
• A commercial mindset with a strong focus on results and value creation.
• Fluent in English, additional language is a plus.
