Job Description
We are hiring New Graduate RNs at Essentia Health - Detroit Lakes St. Mary's Medical Center. The Nurse Residency Program provides comprehensive assistance to help you smoothly integrate into your nursing role and build confidence in your new position.
Requirements
- Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment upon date of hire
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month
- Must meet one of the requirements below: Registered Nursing student currently enrolled in accredited Nursing Program, Current or upcoming graduate of an accredited Nursing Program, Beginning first RN position with Essentia Health within one year of graduation
