- 10+ years of progressive experience in retail or sales-driven environments
- Strategic thinker with hands-on experience leading initiatives and recruiting key sales talent
- Highly knowledgeable in global HR practices and policies
- Strong performance management, coaching, and organizational development skills
- Ability to align people strategies with sales goals and customer experience
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certification a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
