Creative Marketing Operations Manager

Essense of Australia is seeking a Creative Marketing Operations Manager to support its Creative Marketing, Events, and Store Experience department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project clarity, managing complex logistics, optimizing workflows, and ensuring cross-functional alignment across all creative marketing, corporate and internal events, and retail and wholesale initiatives.

Requirements

• Project management support for Creative and Events internal projects, retail store initiatives, and other projects as needed
• Strong logistical planning and vendor management expertise
• Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to build and optimize processes in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
