Pain Management Physician

Essen Health Care is looking for a Pain Management Specialist who evaluates pain and treats a wide range of pain problems. The pain management Doctor treats chronic and sudden pain ailments such as long-lasting, chronic, pain such as low back pain and neck pain.

Requirements

• Assess and treat patients in accordance with best practice standards and all applicable regulatory standards.
• Provide evidence-informed medical and/or interventional pain management to patients based on appropriate clinical indication and meet high standards of care.
• Utilize fluoroscopy or ultrasound to perform most interventions.
• Evaluate patients' history and determine what procedures are beneficial using comprehensive pain modalities including physical therapy and medications
• Identify the source of a patient’s pain,and conduct specialized tests, prescribe medication, and may perform surgery or a procedure for a patient
• Participate in team meetings, educational events and clinic social events
