Job Description
Essen Health Care is seeking a Credentialing Assistant to support the Department’s administrative functions. The role involves managing Medicaid applications, coordinating workflows, and providing support to credentialing staff. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Requirements
- Efficient and timely completion of confidential Medicaid applications.
- Identify providers for ETIN recertification.
- Maintain accurate records of applications and communication.
- Stay up-to-date with credentials software
- Up-to-date skills and knowledge in MS Office
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and with a variety of stakeholders
