Job Description
Essel is seeking motivated General Construction Laborers to join their team and support construction projects on-site. The role involves assisting with materials preparation, tool setup, following safety protocols, and supporting skilled tradespeople. This position requires physical work in various weather conditions and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction practices is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
