Requirements

• Law degree from a top-tier Indonesian law school.
• Admission to the bar in Indonesia.
• 15+ years of extensive experience in private equity, corporate law, property law, and other related fields.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Prior experience working in a top-tier law firm or other multinational companies.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Hands-on and organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing and resolving legal disputes.
• Knowledge of cross-border transactions and investments.
