Principal Software Architekt (m/w/d)

As a Principal Software Architect, you'll play a leading role in shaping our consulting and architecture services, actively participating in software projects to deliver solutions. You'll strategically advise customers, act as a technical sparring partner, and contribute to our architecture consulting portfolio. This role also involves coaching the development team and establishing a sustainable software architecture competence.

Requirements

• Sound and many years of experience in professional software development and architecture
• Broad experience in various modern technologies and frameworks
• Excellent communication, moderation, and stakeholder management skills
• Extensive experience with modern architectural principles (e.g., DDD, Event-Driven-Architectures, Microservices)
• Sound expertise in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with creating and managing comprehensive architecture documentation (e.g., arc42)
• Experience leading and developing agile development teams
• Ability to work independently and proactively with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Commitment to continuous learning
• Very good German language skills
• Openness to occasional travel
