Requirements

• 3+ years of proven High-Ticket-B2C-Closing success
• Average deal value > 3,000 €
• Experience in the Setter-Closer model
• Short sales cycles (max. a few weeks)
• First leadership experience with Closer or Setters - with verifiable results
• Fluency in German
• Number-affine and performance-driven
• Coaching, fitness, finance, or online business background
• Experience in emotional B2C sales
• Experience with CRM systems and conversion tracking
