Principal Consultant / Consulting Director - Environment, Health & Safety (Safety & Sustainable Operations Team)

We are seeking an experienced Consulting Director or Principal Consultant – Safety and Sustainable Operations to lead and manage projects in Safety and Sustainable Operations functions, providing mentorship and leadership to junior team members and driving revenue growth through new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in environmental science or engineering, Health & Safety, Chemical Sciences or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in EHS/ESG management system, EHS Compliance Audit, with cross-practices of experiences as a plus (such as Phase I and Phase II ESA, and other relevant experiences); those with more years of experience are welcomed to apply.
• Familiar with local EHS legal requirements, especially in EHS permitting processes.
• Strong understanding about EHS Management System.
• Experience as an Internal or Lead Auditor for ISO Management Systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; additional external certifications are a plus.
• Experienced in medium to large scale of project management.
• Possess prior exposure to proposal and client management is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior-level clients effectively.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken); and
• Ability to travel, maintain flexibility and work independently with minimal supervision.
