As a Consultant / Senior Consultant – Sustainable Asset Advisory, you will provide advisory services for sustainable assets, combining technical expertise in building energy and sustainability with hands-on implementation capabilities. This role is pivotal in shaping strategies for net zero transformation in Asia Pacific.

Requirements

• Provide energy efficiency improvement and cost reduction recommendations for clients' physical assets
• Deliver tailored client solutions leveraging strong expertise in major real asset certifications and ESG assessment frameworks
• Conduct energy audits, certification assessments, stakeholder interviews, and due diligence for physical assets
• Maintain strong client communication to deliver service excellence and support proposal development and deal execution
• Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance methodologies and share best practices in real asset energy management and decarbonization internally
• Meet individual billability targets and contribute to project profitability
