Job Description
Erie Insurance is seeking a proactive IT Cloud Operations Engineer to support their AI Center of Excellence. This role involves leading cloud operations tasks like incident response, automation, and operational improvements, including managing infrastructure, monitoring systems, and ensuring security and compliance. The position focuses on operational efficiency and collaboration across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Five years of professional experience or seven years of professional experience in a related technical field
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK, ARM, Pulumi)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible)
- Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus)
