Job Description
Eram Talent is seeking a skilled Field Operator to ensure the safe and efficient operation of field equipment within the Water treatment plant. This role involves operating equipment, maintaining systems, troubleshooting issues, and documenting progress. The position requires a passion for teamwork and a willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Operating and monitoring field equipment (pumps, compressors, valves)
- Conducting regular maintenance and inspections
- Diagnosing and addressing operational issues
- Adhering to safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Documenting and reporting equipment failures
- Collaborating with team members
- Working independently
- Working shifts and traveling as needed
