Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing in IT
- Experience working on both technical and back-office roles
- Genuine interest in sourcing across any area
- Strong analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and creative search methods
- Excellent time management
- Skilled in writing clear, engaging, and personalized outreach messages
- Sufficient English skills to communicate effectively with native speakers
