The System Engineer II supports the design, development, and qualification of computing solutions. This role is responsible for tasks such as component selection, system qualification, OS and driver configuration, work instruction creation, and assisting with automated test development to support the productization of solutions within the manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
- 3–5 years of experience working with computer hardware, computing solutions, and related technology components.
- IT or Technical Computing certifications such as CompTIA A+, Cloud+, Security+, Microsoft, or Linux+ are preferred; experience with contract manufacturing or cellular work environments is a plus.
