EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager to build relationships with contractors and construction company principals, expand the existing customer base, and grow revenue. The role involves territory management, sales strategy execution, and customer retention.
Requirements
- Territory management of a geographical area
- Sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth
- Contract negotiation and customer retention
- Respond to inbound leads and requests
- Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- New business development and client acquisition/account development
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience
