Rental Coordinator

We're hiring a Rental Coordinator at our onsite facility in Haskell, TX, to help us build the future of construction. As a Rental Coordinator, you'll be responsible for responding to inbound leads, guiding customers through the EquipmentShare rental process, and expanding our existing customer base. You'll also be maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with our level of service and support.

Requirements

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process
• Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications
• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience
