Future Construction Project Managers

We're looking for a Future Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects, manage vendors and materials, and participate in hands-on construction tasks. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of construction experience and 5+ years of project management experience in the commercial and/or industrial construction industry.

Requirements

• 15+ years of construction experience
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects at a time within the commercial and/or industrial construction industry
• Experience managing multiple construction projects over 1 million
• Experience dealing with steel frame buildings
• Proficient in Google sheets and construction management software
• Strong skills in negotiation, communication, problem solving, and time management
• Ability to effectively work cross functionally
• Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills
• Holds a valid driver’s license and has an excellent driving record
• Ability to be hands-on at your construction sites.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to travel 75% of the time
