Analytical Capabilities Leader

Equifax is seeking an Analytical Capabilities Leader to direct the design and creation of customer-facing analytics for small and middle-market customers. The role requires a strong data science background and customer understanding to envision and build solutions.

Requirements

• BS degree in a STEM major or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 10 years of related experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years of management or team leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience in designing and building scalable, automated, customer-facing analytical solutions or products
• Deep experience in statistical programming (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
• Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Technology)
