We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our existing team who will be hands-on running and improving our AWS platform, supporting engineering teams, and helping make our systems more secure and reliable.
Requirements
- 4–8 years working with AWS services, ideally including Lambda, Fargate (or ECS), Aurora (or RDS), VPC and IAM.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and/or Serverless Framework for infrastructure as code.
- Practical experience building CI/CD pipelines — GitHub Actions plus familiarity with CodeBuild/CodeDeploy or equivalents.
- Good debugging and scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar) and comfort with containers/Docker.
- Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (CloudWatch, X-Ray, or comparable) and writing meaningful alerts.
- Solid understanding of networking basics (subnets, security groups, routing, NAT) and security principles.
- Experience with incident response, postmortems and maintaining runbooks.
