Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the design and development of compute products, including servers, storage systems, edge devices, and integrated computing solutions.

Requirements

• Oversee a team of engineers focused on compute hardware, software, and systems development
• Manage the full lifecycle of compute product development, from requirements gathering through verification, validation, and piloting in manufacturing
• Provide technical direction in areas such as system architecture, hardware integration, and validation testing
• Establish and refine engineering processes, best practices, design standards, and quality assurance protocols to improve efficiency, consistency, and product quality
• Support field teams and customers by addressing technical escalations, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of product reliability and customer satisfaction
