Join Litgrid as the Manager of the Market Services Planning Group and be responsible for the group's goals, coordination of activities, and provision of electricity market planning, forecasting, and balancing services. Lead a team of specialists and participate in international working groups, committees, and projects. Excellent work skills in MS Office and English language skills required.

Requirements

• Higher or equivalent university education in energy, economics, physics, or fundamental sciences
• Experience in leading a team in creating, implementing, and developing processes
• Leadership experience in a team of at least 3 people
• Communicativeness, accountability, orientation towards results, negotiation skills, initiative
• Experience in standardizing and implementing automated work processes in information systems
• Experience in participating in project implementation
