Requirements

• Master's degree in purchasing or law with a specialization in public procurement
• Significant experience in a complex environment
• Ability to identify negotiation levers and animate supplier negotiations
• Excellent analytical skills, particularly decomposition of prices
• Autonomy in project management, excellent relationship skills
• Rigor in drafting consultation documents and analyses
• Ability to manage consultation planning deadlines, anticipate risk drifts, and adjust as needed
• Adaptability, rigor, and sense of initiative
• Excellent written and oral expression
• Knowledge of markets for intellectual services and IT services
