Human Resources Intern

Established in 2009, EPOS Vietnam - Floating Cube Studios serves as the technical hub of EPOS Singapore, a leading provider of cutting-edge Point-of-Sale (POS) and SaaS solutions. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team.

Requirements

• Final-year students or recent graduates majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 6 months of prior HR internship experience is a plus
• Able to dedicate full-time availability for a 3–6 month engagement
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and able to utilize AI tools effectively
• Strong attention to detail, good communication, and time management skills
• Positive, professional attitude and passion for people-related work
• Good English communication skills are mandatory
