Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Construction Manager to lead the development and execution of utility-scale renewable energy and BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) projects, starting with a 200MW site within ERCOT, Texas. The role involves overseeing EPC contractors, managing logistics, ensuring compliance, and coordinating handover to Operations & Maintenance.
Requirements
- Oversee project delivery from planning to commissioning
- Manage EPC contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure full compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and permitting requirements
- Oversee logistics, material sourcing, and customs clearance
- Provide regular project and site reports to headquarters
