Job Description
Episode Six is a global provider of API-based payment processing infrastructure. They are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test to join their IT Operations team in Austin, Texas. The role involves leading testing efforts in the payments, card issuing, and revolving credit domains, creating test plans, and ensuring compliance with quality and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Java programming and JUnit test framework
- Proven domain knowledge in testing within the payments and card industry
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and industry-specific protocols
- Experience in backend Java enterprise software testing
- Experience in automating API (REST) testing
- Experience working with CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins or similar)
- Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL Databases (MySQL and Cassandra)
- Great problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail
