Job Description
The Problem Solving Specialist will serve single adults experiencing homelessness throughout San Francisco, using a collaborative, client-centric approach to identify creative solutions to exiting homelessness. The Specialist will screen and assess clients, provide crisis intervention assistance, and make authorized referrals into housing programs.
Requirements
- Masters or Bachelors Degree in psychology, counseling social work, or related field (or at least 3 years experience)
- Substantial knowledge/experience working with individuals in crisis or unstable housing situations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software
