The Interim Housing Case Manager is responsible for carrying a caseload of up to 25 participants at the Alameda Winter Shelter, performing assessments, developing Individual Service Plans, and meeting with participants once a week to implement or review the plan. The position also requires collaboration with Program Leadership to maintain compliance with regulations and a strong background working with individuals experiencing homelessness.
