Job Description
The National Sales Director will lead a national sales team focused on servicing fleet repair clients. This role focuses on building customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding Epika's footprint in the fleet maintenance industry. The position offers a performance-driven sales role with a base salary and uncapped commission structure.
Requirements
- 8+ years in sales leadership
- Established relationships in the fleet services, trucking, or transportation sector
- Strong consultative selling, contract negotiation, and account management skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent presentation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel frequently
- Adaptability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
