Job Description
ePay NZ is seeking a Delivery Analyst to drive maximum value for its Issuing customers and lead the full lifecycle of digital service delivery. The role requires collaboration with Customer Success, Product and Technology teams, and a strong understanding of API integrations, SaaS platforms, and digital delivery systems.
Requirements
- 4+ years in product management, preferably with technical/digital products
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, B2B portals, or digital wallets
- Familiarity with gift card ecosystems (physical & digital)
- Experience in email campaign management platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Strong understanding of API integrations, SaaS platforms, and digital delivery systems
- Experience working in agile environments
