Regional Lead - AV Commissioning Engineer

As the Regional Lead AV Commissioning Engineer, you will lead a high-performing team of AV Commissioning Engineers, ensuring flawless execution of AV solutions for some of the most dynamic and complex environments worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as an AV Commissioning Engineer or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of AV technologies including audio processors, video codecs, displays, and control systems.
• Familiarity with AV protocols such as HDMI, HDBaseT, Dante, and AES67.
• Proficiency in AV system calibration and audio optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AV testing equipment and measurement tools.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
