Logistiktekniker - L2

The Logistics Operator L2 is responsible for safely moving all parts into, out of, and around the warehouse and data centre environment. This includes shipping and receiving, storage, distribution, and cycle counting of data centre materials.

Requirements

• Collaborate with a team of logistics operatives, working both independently and together.
• Execute operations proactively, compliantly, and effectively.
• Follow Standard Operating Practices and Work Instructions with precision.
• Maintain strict inventory control and perform accurate system transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipments and receipts.
• Assist with monthly and/or annual physical inventories and provide inventory reports.
• Identify, document, and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of all operating systems relevant to the role.
• Transport inventory by hand, material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks), and box truck (no commercial driver’s licence required), adhering to all safety protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Contribute to overall service delivery excellence.
• Support team workload execution, monitor quality, identify improvement opportunities, and foster service knowledge growth.
• Maintain 5S standards across all operational areas.
• Escalate service non-compliance issues promptly to support resolution.
• Participate in all assigned training to support role responsibilities.
• Provide proactive customer service support to clients and internal teams.
