Job Description
We are recruiting a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to work at the Tays North Apartments in El Paso, TX. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing repairs, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance of all apartment equipment and building systems.
Requirements
- 2 years maintenance experience required
- College degree preferred
- HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred
- Previous multifamily experience preferred
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred
