Head of Engineering

We're looking for a Head of Engineering to lead our product and customer engineering teams, shaping and executing Envitia's engineering strategy. The ideal candidate has deep experience in software architecture and design, customer-facing engineering, and presales/bid activity.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software architecture and technical design
• Experience with modern development practices (CI/CD, microservices, containerization)
• Familiarity with customer engineering tools and support workflows
• Deep understanding of design validation, technical debt management, and system reliability
• Strong background working with Sales/bid teams
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical leadership
• Experience scaling engineering functions in fast-paced, high-growth environments
