Requirements

• Supervision and guidance to the member while primary caregiver is out of the home.
• Safe environment provision and member safety.
• Adherence to prescribed routines and behavioral management.
• CPR certification as required.
• Documentation of activities consistent with the goals.
• Completion of required training.
