Envision Education seeks a Vice Principal at City Arts and Leadership High School in San Francisco, a diverse and compassionate school community dedicated to offering students a rigorous academic experience. The ideal candidate will be equity-focused, collaborative, and invested in our core values.
Requirements
- 5+ Years of teaching experience
- California Clear Teaching Certificate
- A Bachelor's Degree
- Successful school leadership experience with a track record of positive results
- Instructional coaching experience with a track record of positive results
- Demonstrated experience affecting positive organizational change and leading staff to accomplish ambitious goals in the face of challenging obstacles
- Receptiveness to feedback and desire to continuously improve to meet outcomes
- Once hired, continuous current California residency
- Commitment to the mission of Envision Education
- Commitment to anti-racist and pro-Black leadership in the workplace
