At Envato, we're looking for a Senior Technical SEO Specialist to join our team. As a technical SEO expert, you'll focus on programmatic SEO and automation, identifying opportunities through data-driven experimentation and delivering successful SEO products. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementation of SEO initiatives and advise the business on strategic, tactical, and technical improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Technical SEO, ideally in eCommerce or at a marketplace
- 2+ years experience in programmatic SEO
- Software development background with experience in automation, scripting, data processing, and use of GenAI tools for information processing and development
- Deep understanding of technical aspects of content discovery, crawling, rendering and ranking
- Deep understanding of current web development technologies and how to utilise them to implement fully technical SEO compliant web pages
- Demonstrable experience implementing SEO strategies on enterprise-scale websites(100K+ pages)
- Strong analytical capabilities, including good understanding of both eCommerce and Organic Search KPIs
- Self-starter with experience working with multiple stakeholders to achieve positive results
- Inquisitive mindset and willingness to learn and try new things
- Proven ability to design and run SEO experiments, validate results statistically, and translate findings into production changes
