Job Description
Envalior is seeking a Team Lead Customer Service professional to join their team. This role will be focused on enhancing and managing the order-to-cash cycle, ensuring customer inquiries are handled efficiently, and contributing to process improvements. The team lead will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction. This position requires strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements
- Lead a sub-team while managing HR-related tasks.
- Oversee workload distribution and establish priority settings.
- Investigate root causes and proactively implement countermeasures.
- Perform weekly analyses of accounts receivable.
- Ensure adherence to guidelines and procedures.
- Conduct ongoing evaluations of process effectiveness.
- Integrate KPIs into daily tasks and monitor their development.
